The neoHub communicates with your neoStats via mesh networking technology allowing you to control your Redwell heating system from your SmartPhone wherever you are. The neoHub connects via an Ethernet cable (supplied) to your home broadband router. 240V power supply, adaptors and a mini USB power lead are also supplied. Remote updates are automatically installed to you neoHub ensuring you are always running the latest firmware. The Heatmiser neo App is available free of charge from iTunes or Google Play Store.

Our neoair would not pair properly with the heatmiser control and there was 0 information anywhere on troubleshooting for this. We did a factory reset of both, completely shut off the power to the control unit, tried to repair using instructions numerous times to no avail. In the end, removing the batteries from the heatmiser controls fixed it...
